Today CRIO will be presenting at MAXIMIZE: 2015 Multifamily Asset Management Conference in Amelia Island, Florida. The event will be taking place on October 12-14, 2015 and is expected to bring together over 250 multifamily real estate owners, managers, investors, COOs, CEOs, data analysts, risk managers and financial analysts.
Presented by National Apartment Association (NAA), MAXIMIZE is dedicated to asset management and long-term value creation. According to event organizers, this year’s program has been developed to address current issues and challenges and provide solutions for multifamily housing communities and focuses on key topic areas of revenue management, innovation, sustainability, revenue enhancement, affordable housing, expense management and risk management.
CRIO will be presenting at the Risk Updates session on the topic of Catastrophic Loss: Flood Risk. The topic is designed to provide multifamily housing community with an update on NFIP and FEMA’s remapping programs, give insights on successful strategies to increase asset values using flood zone correction and premium reduction services, and present an overview of property insurance marketplace.
